LAUT INDONESIA

Konsep Wawasan Nusantara: Prinsip Negara Kepulauan dlam Konvensi PBB mengenai Hukum Laut tahun 1982 dalam UU No. 17 tanggal 31 Desmber 1985 yang menyebutkan bahwa laut yang di dalamnya bertebaran pulau-pulau sebagai pemersatu yang menghubungkan dan merangkaikan pulau-pulau, bukan unsur yang memisahkan pulau-pulau.
